Upon your arrival in Fiji at the Nadi International Airport, you will be required to clear immigration border control checks and then head downstairs to pick up your luggage in the Luggage Hall. Once you have collected all your bags, you will be required to clear Customs screening of all your luggage before you can then exit to find us.
Upon exiting the Customs Hall, you will be directed to the Fiji Airports Limited Customer Help Desk from where they will then direct you to our location where your driver concierge will meet you.
Come straight down the Arrivals Hall passage on the right hand side where your driver concierge will be waiting with your name displayed on his digital signboard. Our Meet and Greet Concierge is located outside our Rosie Holidays office.
Once you have identified yourself and verification of your identity is confirmed (sighting of passport), you will then be escorted to your waiting Fiji VIP Transfer for boarding and departure to your hotel.
If you have booked a hotel to hotel or a hotel to airport transfer, please keep an eye out for our Rosie Holidays driver in the Hotel Foyer holding a Fiji VIP Transfers sign with your Booking Name on it. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the hotel foyer and will also check with the hotel reception to contact you in your room if you do not show up within this 30 minute time frame.
It is also very important that you provide the correct pick-up time for our drivers in the case of transferring to the airport to catch a departure flight. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient time is provided for our drivers to pick you up from your hotel location and deliver you safely and in good time at the airport so you don’t miss your flight.
Please note that our drivers will only drive according to the local speed limit of 80 kmph on our open roads and 60 kmph within the town and city areas. All our vehicles are outfitted with GPS monitoring devices that also allow us to track and record the movements and location of all our vehicles.
